[whisper=treanten, admin]The device the Zabrak is holding is a remote control device, typically for large vehicles or starships.[/whisper]
The Zabrak sensed Misha's intent too late, and didn't move quick enough. In desperation, he tried to block the attack, twisting his body around, bringing his lightsaber up to block Misha's purple blade. He did all of this too late. The lighsaber flashed across his back. However, due to the Zabrak's last second movements, the blade didn't penetrate too far into this skin. Where the lightsaber hit was a long red line, a couple inches deep from shoulder blade to shoulder blade.
The Zabrak let out an infuriated cry, a few octaves to high for it to be coming from a man. Then, the Zabrak's features blurred, and within seconds a Twilek as red as her blade stood before them.
"I am not Sith!" She exclaimed. "I am above the Sith, the Sith are but my tools."
Then, turning to Jab-Jab, she said softly, "I'm going toward my destiny and the destiny of the galaxy." Then, quicker than anyone could react, Akarra summoned the force within her being and dashed at Jab-Jab, shouldering past her. In the sky, a ship of unknown configuration flew parallel to her. Its docking ramp descended as it flew. Akarra jumped nimbly up to the edge of the ramp and walked inside. The ship began to ascend into the atmosphere.
It wasn't until after the ship had disappeared behind the clouds that Jab-jab realized what had been taken. The crystal shard that she wore around her neck was missing.

Misha watched as the ship flew out of the atmosphere, and then shook his head. His lightsaber flickered and went out, and he tucked it neatly into his belt. Then, he turned to his party members.
"I should have sensed the illusion on her. I am sorry, friends. Is everyone all right? Does anyone need healing?"

With a sigh, Tre' relaxed, sheathing his sword. How many more times were they going to encounter her like this? He remembered being told once that every meeting had a purpose. He couldn't shake the uneasy feeling that meetings with her were inevitable and all leading up to something. Tre' rubbed the bump on the side of his head; he'd had worse, but not with such an incredible headache accompanying it.

Not only had she gotten away, but it appeared she swiped the crystal too; this Twlilik girl was getting on Koth's nerves.
"She got away...but I don't suppose we could have defeated her anyway" Koth resigned.
He turned to the party, "We should get some rest, I think it would be futile to chase her down".

Jab-Jab buried her face in the ground. Maybe she could just lay there forever and not ever have to worry about shape-shifting seemingly evil persons anymore. With resign, she rose tiredly to her feet. She brushed the grass and dirt off her pants, the front of her shirt, out of her long ears.
"No thanks, Misha. Nothing some rest won't take care of." Jab-Jab kicked her foot in the dirt in angst. She bent over and picked up her blaster. She detached the grappling spike and put both on her belt. "Should we try to gather more information around town? I might stay behind this time if you go. I'm not welcome here. I'm done with this planet anyway."

Almost as if Akarra had never been there, the peaceful calm of the Naboo plains came over the party. The gently bending grass, moving in the wind rustled. In the silence, grasshopper-like insects could be heart jumping about. The Sun was beginning to set, casting longer light on everyone, bathing them in a warm yellow-orange light. As their shadows grew longer, the temperature began to drop ever so slightly, indicating night was upon them. The only other sound was that of the broken speederbike which still sparked in the oncoming dusk.

Misha looked at Jab-Jab sympathetically, squeezing her arm gently. He then moved towards the speeder bike, and began to search it, hoping to find some clue as to where Akarra might have been headed, or what she was planning.
"I'll still need to contact the Temple, but I suppose I could do that from the ship. At the very least, we should go into town and see what news there is from the rest of the Galaxy. If the Sith have moved into the open, or if there are rumors of them preying on any of the star systems, there will be talk in the town. After that, we can go."

Tre' looked thoughfully at Jab-Jab for a moment, pondering an idea that sprang into his head. "I think I'll pass on information gathering for tonight, if nobody minds," he said, "Ke'Tra's been in the ship all this time. I'd better go let her run around for some fresh air!"
Without waiting for anyone to respond, Tre' dashed off, heading for the ship. Mentally, he recollected what sorts of material he had gathered thus far on their journey. All he needed was some plant fiber, that couldn't be too hard to find, and maybe while he was at it he and Ke'Tra could earn a little performance money for some other needed supplies.

"I will join you, Misha" Koth said.
It was getting late, but Koth knew they needed something to go off of. He didn't mind; perhaps he could get some "trading" done as well.
"You two get some rest, we'll see if we can rummage up some information, but I think I may hit the local shops as well."

"I think I'll go back to our ship, then. I'm not going to sell any of my blasters here, now that prices are so low. I'll see you when you get back, Koth." Jab-Jab looked at Misha. "Are you going to the ship too, or staying in Theed for a while longer?"

[whisper=jeremy, admin]The speederbike didn't have anything abnormal or different from any other speederbike. And, with the computer screen being destoyed its impossible to tell what coordinates she would've been headed to by just looking at it. The coordinates probably wouldn't prove fruitful anyways, as it seems her goal would've been her starship anyways.[/whisper]
Tre'anten dashed back into the forest that bordered the plains. This was where they had left the ship, in a circular grove of trees. With the sun being so low, the trees cast long, sharp shadows. There was no direct path back to the ship, but Tre'anten, being cat-like in nature had no issues finding his way. All around him the sounds of the forest could be heard. Rustling in nearby leaves seemed to signal creaking in branches and the pitter patter of paws running across the undergrowth. Tre' began to understan just how different Naboo could be at night as the sun continued to set.
Lights in Theed began to appear, shining in windows, emanating from signs, and flowing from the street lamps. The culmination of all the lights in the city emitted a gentle glow of the surrounding area, illuminating much of the area directly around the walls of the beautiful city. As the sun continued to set, the 3 moons of Naboo began to lend their light to the sky, and the streets of Theed emptied as more and more people found their way indoors.

Misha pondered for a moment. Then, he addressed Koth.
"If you expect to get any trading done, you had better go now, before the shops close for the evening. I can ask the council for news of the Sith when I contact them, to save us a trip back to that bar. If you have no objection, i think I'll head back to the ship as well, and talk to the Jedi masters."
Then, he addressed Jab-Jab.
"I will ask the Jedi tonight if they will consent to my training you. If they are agreeable, would you like to commence your training this evening?"

Tre' paused on his way back to the ship, marveling at the beauty of the evening forest. He loved forests, especially how they came to life at night. Smiling, he watched in the branches and scanned the underbrush for life. He also looked around for plants with fibers suitable for making jewelry, or for other uses such as edible plants and medicinal herbs. Even when he didn't know much about a world, he usually at least knew the usable plants.
I'm having a dumb moment crisis. I'm pretty sure it's spot... spot:

Koth smiled at Misha and responded, "Don't worry, the shops I like to go to don't "close", you go ahead and head back, I will meet you at the ship".
Koth made his way passed the beautiful night life of Naboo and headed to a "shadier" region of the city.
He located the local "dealer" and approached him regarding business.
"Good evening my friend, I am interested in some goods; got any raw blaster parts? or rare items of interest? he said slyly.

"I wouldn't mind doing some training," Jab-Jab answered Misha. "We'll see you later, Koth," she waved as he disappeared back into the city. Jab-Jab turned to walk with Misha back toward their ship. She looked at him as they walked. "When did you learn you were Force-sensitive, Misha?" She hoped some dialogue would help grow their relationship, especially if they were to be master and padawan.
