Hey all.
Due to the results of the poll being that virtually everyone can post twice or 2+ times a day I'm going to institute this new rule in reference to the Shadows of the Force campaign.
If someone takes more than 24 hours from the last post to post again, they will be skipped. No harm will be done to their character (other than what might have happened due to the end of the round, and the other character's rounds), and play will continue. Play will continue without this person until they post again, which can be at any time in the initiative order. When they post again, this will become their new initiative number and I'll update the post rotation to avoid confusion .
So for example.....Jenna decides to go on a cruise ship for a week with no internet service XD, but in her haste she forgot to tell everyone...and by the time she remembered she was already at sea. Currently the post order (in this example) is Jab-Jab, Misha, Tre'anten, Koth. So, 24 hours after her last post I would PM and Text Misha letting him know that he can go, and play will continue. Once it gets to Jenna's turn again, she would just be skipped again. A week later, Jenna returns from her trip and gets online. Tre'anten just posted, and Koth hadn't. Rather than worrying about posting in turn order (and having to check the board overly frequently) Jenna is able to post as soon as she gets back on, so she posts before Koth. Koth would then of course post next. On my turn I would update the initiative order to the following: Misha, Tre'anten, Jab-Jab, Koth.
If someone doesn't post in over 24 hours, I will notify the next person in line via text and PM that they can go when they have a free moment.
If someone knows that they'll probably not be on within 24 hours, they should post in the absentee board and make arrangements to have their character controlled via GM or another player, or simply taken out of play for the time being .
