The cab driver, entranced by Rajani's charms, mumbled something incoherent, and once Kojania was in the cab, he took of, zooming through the air at high speeds. The buildings around you whoosh by in a blur, blending together until it is hard to tell where you are. After half a Galactic Standard Hour or so, the cab stops, hovering next to a walkway similar to the one you had stepped off of before.
This one, however, was in the Lofted District. The buildings around you rise into the sky, their spires seeming almost to reach the heavens. These are palaces, belonging to Galactic Senators and nobles from prominent worlds.
The building nearest you bears the address that you were given. It is surrounded by a tall fence that seems more like an outer wall, with a large, thick, durasteel gate in its center. The building itself is grand, though not as grand as some of its neighbors.
There are no people on the walkway near you, and very few speeders are flying in this area. It is as quiet as any place or Coruscant can be.
As you emerge from the speeder, the cab driver nods his head at Rajani and says, "Fifty credits, please, lady. A better deal than any other cab driver on Coruscant would give you." He holds out his hand.

Smiling sweetly, Rajani handed over her credit chip. "Of course, love. Much obliged."
Looking back at the group, she said, "Well? Shall we?" She strode to the gate and examined it, looking for an intercom or doorbell.

Mal stepped out of the cab and waited for Kojania to step out as well. He was wary of the others, he hadn't gotten a good idea of what they were after or what they were like. He watched them carefully.
It was oddly quiet in this area, but he supposed these sort of dealings didn't generally take place in the hustle and bustle of Coruscant.
He approached the gate and looked with the Zeltron for some sort of way to address the Drig from the entrance.

Kojania stepped out after Mal, and took a moment to get her bearings. "Ah, the Lofted District." she commented. This was one of her favorite places. She hardly came here to feed, but it was the place with the best taste. Sadly the people that lived here were the ones that people would actually notice if they went missing, so Kojania rarely got a chance at one of them.
Walking slowly to the gate, she looked up and down the road, trying to get a sense of how busy it was this night, and what sort of people they'd run into if they had to get out of here quickly. Additionally, she glanced around quickly trying to see if there was any apparent security, possibly in the form of cameras, or even to go so far as hidden turrets and the like. She didn't like being caught on camera, and after she did her looking, she reached back for her hood and brought it up to cover her head and face.

Rowan got out of the cab with a nod to the driver, "Thanks, chap." She stood in front of the gate with both feet planted firmly on the ground, slightly more than shoulder width apart, hands clasped again behind her back. She looked up at the gate and the fence, trying to judge how tall they were and if she could make it over them if she had to. Maybe if they had no obvious way in, they could hop over. She did have her grappling spike if they weren't all so nimble. And perhaps finding their own way in in a not-so-traditional manner was a test for whatever task this person wanted them to accomplish.
(((So what my character is wondering, about how many meters tall is the gate/fence?)))

The speeder pulls away, leaving you alone on the walkway. There is nobody around, save the four of you, and it is eerily quiet now that the noise of the speeder is gone. The denizens of this district pay good money to keep it clear of the common folk of Coruscant, and it shows.
The fence stands approximately ten feet tall, and seems to continue all the way around the building.
[whisper=jermanie, princeofcups, lyude07]What appears to be an intercom is nestled into the gate. Two large buttons appear on it, stating, "Ring," and "Talk." [/whisper]
[whisper=parker, jermanie]There are no obvious security cameras, no hidden turrets, no indication of any sort of defense mechanisms. This place appears to only be guarded by a 10 foot high fence.[/whisper]

Rajania spotted an intercom cleverly embedded into the gate. With a small thrill of excitement, she pressed the "Ring" button.

Rupa had pressed the call button already, so Mal waited in anticipation.
He could tell that the group wasn't going to get "buddy buddy" anytime soon. But what if they were forced to work together? Would this Drig send them out to do a team project? Wouldn't make too much sense to send them out on their own.
He looked over the Zeltron and the Human. The Zeltron seemed like a charismatic sort, knew how to get her way, but he wasn't sure how she was at combat. The human seemed physically capable, a solider type perhaps? That would be good, but was she intelligent? These judgments went through his head. He knew that Kojania and himself would be more than capable in all of those fields, and he only hoped the others would not bring him down.
Mal had never been so harsh in his judgments, but he was changing; not the same, childish consular he used to be. But it seemed inevitable they would be traveling together, so he lightened his gruff manner and told himself he would be, at least, a tad more agreeable.

"Not much security as far as I can tell." Kojania remarked. Seeing that the call button had been pressed by Rupa, she took up a place behind Mal, but still close to the gate. She felt protective of the young Quarren, and she could see easily in front of her and behind them all in the position she was in.

Rowan watched as Rupa pressed the button to call the residence. If no one comes out, we'll have to find our own way in, I'll assume. She sighed as they waited for someone to meet them.
"There's an excellent Twi'lek restaurant in this district. Good food. Nice wait staff." Rowan shrugged passively. She thought she would reveal a little bit about herself that didn't matter but was enough to maybe start a dialogue amongst them.

The intercom crackled loudly, shattering the stillness of the night air.
A voice floated through the air, gruff and gutteral. "State your name, and your business."
Another crackle, and the night was quiet once more.

Rajani took a quick look around. She only saw the group she had gathered at the bar, and they'd know her name eventually: she had really only used the pseudonym to throw any other random stragglers off. Pressing the talk button, she said authoritatively, "Rajani, Mal, Kojania, and Rowan. We're here to speak with Drig."
She glanced over her shoulder, both making sure she hadn't missed anyone, and also looking slightly apologetic: she'd explain later why she had used a false name.

Mal looked in the direction of the Zeltron, a bit confused, then turned to Kojania. "I thought she said her name was Rupa?" he asked quizzically.
He saw her turn back to the party and give the apologetic look, but he was still curious why she used a different alias.
He moved closer to the gate, in anticipation of it opening soon.

Kojania smiled to herself. I knew she was hiding something. She thought. Just more reason for me not to place any trust in her. . Kojania for one didn't care for an explanation. It probably wouldn't change how she felt anyways. She rarely relied on others. Taking another look around to make sure they were still alone, Kojania began to become impatient. All this secrecy and relocation was absurd. She much preffered people to be direct.

Rowan shrugged when she heard Rajani's real name. She might have done the same, certainly on other occasions she had. Rowan nodded at Rajani with a small smile when she looked around at them all, confirming her presence and accepting her silent apology. She looked at the other two to see their reactions. They seemed more offended and accusatory than they ought to be. She wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to have fake names, too.
